Great spot in the heart of vail village.

What an amazing long weekend spent at Riva Ridge! The willows team went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend special - birthday card and all on the table when we arrived. They were fortunately able to let us check in early during our stay!

This condo was very clean, cute, and very close to everything we needed! We skiid from gondola 1, and walked vail village every day! Great shops and restaurants. The willows staff was great when it came to recommendations and helping assist with reservations etc.

The daily maid service was also a bonus as many airbnbs do not offer this. Especially great when skiing !!

The property was centered in town and had a great hot tub we used! We definitely will be back !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You truly couldn’t beat the location. Linens were nice and comfortable, ample space for our family, and nice hot tub to enjoy right outside of the room after a long day. Would love to stay again! Thank you so much

We had the best stay! The condo was really nice and the location can’t be beat.

This place is as depicted and all about the location. We didn’t bother with renting a car. We walked to all restaurants(2-5 minutes) rental shops and gondola 1 is walkable even with ski boots on. No need for a locker. Condo was clean and comfortable and good looking. Highly recommend and we will be back.

The place was great. Good locations. Easy to get to and it was nice to have a parking space. It was also good to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

The unit was great. Clean. Spacious. Well stocked with the essentials. And easy walking distance to everything in Vail Village. But the staff running the show was really disorganized. Prior to checkin we got an email and a text telling us to park on space 3, but on arrival we got a parking pass for space 17. There was already a vehicle in space 17 with a pass that said space 3. Wasnt a big deal, but its a simple mistake that shouldnt have happened and made us have spent cycles to figure out. We had also requested two months prior to our stay if we could checkout at noon instead of 11 to more closely match our toddler's nap schedule. Mike messaged us saying it was fine. But on the day of checkout Monica called us at 1030 to tell us we had to be out by 11 because they had promised the next guest they could check in early. Fortunately we had already worked out a plan and were finishing up loading the car. But it seemed pretty bush league to be so adamant that we were mistaken even though we had it in writing. Overall the stay was good but this mess of management really left a bad taste and makes it hard to recommend staying here if you have other options nearby.

I can't say enough about this condo as it made for a fantastic experience on our family vacation. The location is perfect as we were steps away from Vail Village and the Gondola to the mountains. Plenty of great restaurants in Vail Village and the parking is in the condo building. There is not a pool, but you get access to the pool at the Lodge at Vail, which also has two hot tubs, that is the adjacent hotel. Having three bedrooms with three bathrooms is a huge bonus and the kitchen has everything you need, as we had breakfast in the condo every day. I would highly recommend this condo and Tim is great to work with.

We had a great visit. Our unit was clean and quiet. The parking spot allowed for the car to seat unused during our stay. An easy walk into the Village and Gondola One. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Vail at this AirBnb location. It's in a great location very close to the Vail Village side of the mountain and short walking distance to the gondola and shops/restaurants. And the condo itself was very well equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms/showers and the fireplace was very nice to stay warm too. The best part is access to the super nice hot tub in the courtyard of the nextdoor condo, great for some apres ski relaxation. Would definitely like to make a return visit to see more of Vail when they have more snow

Couldn't ask for a better location in Vail! It was super convenient to have a parking spot included so we could ditch the car and walk everywhere we needed.
