Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

The good... very convenient to vail village.. overall very clean.
The bad... full size beds instead of queens are just to small for a couple.
Parking garage has a drop ceiling like a basement... very weird
And is very low. Our suv hatch got scratched when it opened because ceiling is to low.. only lets hatch open half way. Again nice unit, just bedding is too small... woke up every night.

Tim's place is perfectly located for a visit to Vail. Tim was responsive to all of my questions and communicated effectively. The condo was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed access to the gym and hot tub. We would definitely return on our next trip to Vail.
