Great location, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Situated right at the corner of Vail Village, it us clean and well-managed condo

We were in town for the Vail Dance Festival, and this spot made the trip really enjoyable. It's within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, the amphitheater, shuttles and the mountain. Nicely surprised with the room refresh for this location. The team was very professional, responsive and courteous. Heartily recommend!

Great place! Condo was great with a perfect location. Nice parking underneath. However, our parking spot was already taken when we arrived. At our request, we were able to use another spot. The building/hallway temperature was excessively hot, but we were able to control the temp in the condo. The kitchen needed hand soap, but we just used the dish soap. The coffee and hot tub at the building next door were both a nice perk. It would have been nice if the hot tub hours were past 8:00 PM. We never did have any housekeeping, despite hanging the door hanger and talking to the housekeeping staff to tell them when we would be away. All the issues were minor. We would definitely stay there again.

The host communicated a lot upfront. He gave a lot of instructions on check in and how to get into the unit. We also received phone calls ahead of time to make sure we received check in instructions.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the proximity to the village. A 3 minute walk to Gore Creek and the center of Vail Village. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated a thoughtful playpen delivery to our room for our 6 month old. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We will definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The condo is squeaky clean and the daily maid service is a game changer. The only thing I would recommend you improve on is the internet. We had no internet for a day which meant no computers and no TVs

Great little guesthouse in the heart of the popular HiLo district. Cozy in the winter. Must be amazing with the yard in the summer!

Great apartment - the photos don't do it justice! Great living space, clean bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, and right on the doorstep of the main town. Highly recommend!

This unit is really great - awesome location right next to the village and very close to the gondola, and also very convenient within the building itself. It was spacious and clean with fairly high-end finishes, kitchen, and furniture. Perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) over Labor Day Weekend. Great value. Fully recommend!

This unit is fabulous — our favorite of the many different places we’ve stayed in Vail! Very clean, awesome layout, excellent location. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay and perfect location.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable due to the excellent, walkable location. The condo is perfectly situated and you can walk everywhere in Vail Village, even in ski boots to Gondola One.
The communication went very smoothly, a special thanks to Tim and Mike and their friendly Concierge team.

The condo itself though, is rather outdated and would need a complete touch-up. The beds are comfy but the bathrooms are tiny and old, and the entire place feels rather cramped. The ceilings are very low and you can hear every foot step from above.
Even though we really appreciated the excellent location we would look for another, more modern place in the future.

This place is great!

Location could not be better (walking distance to Vail Village and the gondola without being stuck in the middle of town).

Plenty of space inside the unit, with three full bathrooms & nice private decks.

Cleaning crews do a great job keeping the place tidy & providing fresh towels everyday.

Easy access to the beautiful & spacious hot tub next door. (This was the cherry on top for us!)

Parking is convenient, even though you really don’t need a car if you plan to walk to Vail village.

The discount card for ski rentals was a nice surprise as well.

Everything was perfect & easily surpassed our expectations. We would absolutely book again when we have the opportunity!
