Our beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. With three bathrooms, cable TV, and wireless internet, your entertainment and connectivity needs are met. The condo has a kitchen with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you will need to cook in. There is a balcony from the living area and both bedrooms with garden and forest views. Guests of this condo are welcome to use the hot tub at the neighboring building, The Willows. Access to a shared laundry facility is available, and complimentary underground parking is available for one regular size vehicle. Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

This unit is really great - awesome location right next to the village and very close to the gondola, and also very convenient within the building itself. It was spacious and clean with fairly high-end finishes, kitchen, and furniture. Perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) over Labor Day Weekend. Great value. Fully recommend!

The place was spectacular and right next to all the action. Tim was very helpful and we would love to use the space again.

Great if you’re going to ski and need direct access to the mountain or want to be close to all the shops.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable due to the excellent, walkable location. The condo is perfectly situated and you can walk everywhere in Vail Village, even in ski boots to Gondola One.
The communication went very smoothly, a special thanks to Tim and Mike and their friendly Concierge team.

The condo itself though, is rather outdated and would need a complete touch-up. The beds are comfy but the bathrooms are tiny and old, and the entire place feels rather cramped. The ceilings are very low and you can hear every foot step from above.
Even though we really appreciated the excellent location we would look for another, more modern place in the future.

This place is great!

Location could not be better (walking distance to Vail Village and the gondola without being stuck in the middle of town).

Plenty of space inside the unit, with three full bathrooms & nice private decks.

Cleaning crews do a great job keeping the place tidy & providing fresh towels everyday.

Easy access to the beautiful & spacious hot tub next door. (This was the cherry on top for us!)

Parking is convenient, even though you really don’t need a car if you plan to walk to Vail village.

The discount card for ski rentals was a nice surprise as well.

Everything was perfect & easily surpassed our expectations. We would absolutely book again when we have the opportunity!
