Unit 401 is a top (fourth) floor, two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury rated condominium with an outdoor terrace, facing beautiful Willow Park. Willows two-bedroom units feature fully equipped kitchens including granite counters, Wolf dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and Asko dishwasher.
The spacious living rooms have walnut hardwood flooring, designer furnishings, and include a limestone surrounded gas fireplace, and a 55” flat screen TV. Comfortable seating in the living area, include American Leather sleep sofas, industry rated for the highest comfort level, with a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double sink, stone top vanity, and fully tiled walk-in shower with glass euro door, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. The secondary bathroom is located right next to the bedroom with a stone top vanity and fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV.
Central air-conditioning, high speed internet, full-size washer and dryer in the unit, premium linens, and towels together with personal soap and shampoo and daily maid service, are included.

Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect location. One block away from dining and shopping but it was situated on a more quiet road with plenty of peace and quiet. No detail was spared in this condo. Everything was high end from the heated bathroom floors to the Wolf appliances. The building and condo were well maintained and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
