Located on iconic Willow Park, the Willows accommodates rental guests in nine similarly decorated two bedroom units, with a three bedroom unit, and a three bedroom plus den unit also available for rental.
Unit 103 is a first floor, two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury rated condominium with an outdoor terrace, opening to the Willows courtyard and hot tub. Willows two-bedroom units feature fully equipped kitchens including granite counters, Wolf dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and Asko dishwasher.
The spacious living rooms have walnut hardwood flooring, designer furnishings, and include a limestone surrounded gas fireplace, and a 55” flat screen TV. Comfortable seating in the living area, include American Leather sleep sofas, industry rated for the highest comfort level, with a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double sink, stone top vanity, and fully tiled walk-in shower with glass euro door, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. The secondary bathroom is located right next to the bedroom with a stone top vanity and fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV.
Central air-conditioning, high speed internet, full-size washer and dryer in the unit, premium linens, and towels together with personal soap and shampoo and daily maid service, are included.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).
