Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

The room was clean and spacious and perfect for our family of five. Location is absolutely great, and we enjoyed walking around the village - everything was just minutes away. The view from the dining table was gorgeous, and kids loved the fire place. Concierge staffs were super friendly and helpful, and we even borrowed some sleds to play at Eagle Vail. We also enjoyed the discounts offered by the Willows for the ski equipment rentals and the breakfast.
