Spacious top floor, corner unit with vaulted ceilings. Gas fireplace. The unit sleeps six with a king in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom. Three bathrooms. Cable TV, wireless internet, maid service included. Access to shared laundry facility. Complimentary underground parking available upon request. Full concierge service including restaurant reservations, booking ground transportation and pre-shopping groceries prior to arrival. Steps to the center of Vail Village. TOV business license 1160.

Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

We were a family of six in town for a September wedding and this was pefect for our group. The unit was spotless when we walked in. There was ample space to relax and we had everything that we needed. The location is almost impossible to beat. The location is right next to Vail Village and we were a short walk to the farmer's market and other events happening that weekend. I would highly reccomend this location for a stay in Vail.

This place has a great location, everything was amazing and had great communication with Tim. Great space, tastefully decorated and close to fun, shopping, dining in Vail Village. The three outdoor decks gave us views and sweet outdoor space. Beds were incredibly comfortable, hot tub a short walk away was bonus. Kitchen is well stocked. Tim is solid with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is perfect for a trip to Vail! It was a big plus to have a parking spot included. It does get hot during the day in the summer as there is no A/C. They supplied fans and keeping the windows open at night allows for a good breeze.

This unit is stunning. Occupying the top floor of the building, it has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceiling and modern styling throughout. The 3 full bathrooms made it so easy to travel as a family of five. The location is so close to the village and just a five minute walk to the slope. Sitting on the deck outside having an apres ski was simply marvelous. We hope to stay again in 2022.
