The unit sleeps six, with a king in the master, two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is no sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms. Cable TV, wireless internet, maid service included. Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

This is an elegant and comfortable unit only steps from skiing, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There are two bedrooms, each with large smart TVs, and two bathrooms with tubs. There is a washer/dryer in a laundry nook. The mud room entry area is stylish and functional with benches, hooks and cubbies for gear. The living room is spacious with great seating and a large smart TV. The kitchen is not large but is well-appointed for basic cooking. The unit was exceptionally clean and there is daily housekeeping. There is a parking space but we were delightfully carless and enjoyed Vail on foot. Walking the approximate 3 blocks to the main gondola was so easy; for us it felt like a ski-in/ski-out though technically it wasn’t. Wait until you enjoy a hot tea on the leather chaise by the fire watching the snow fall or you enjoy a local beer with friends and family in the massive, gorgeous common hot tub after a day of fresh powder… then head out as a group for exceptional dining… magic. We can’t wait to return.
