Amazing location. Nice and clean. Concierge provided any amenities we needed.
The unit is a total mixed bag. The location is great right at Vail Village with a free parking spot. Tim and the staff were really nice and responsive to our requests and the unit was clean. The actual unit is spacious and has 4.5 bathrooms, but it is quite dated (although the kitchen is simple but functional) and lacking some amenities that should be in place for summer rentals. If you are a TV watcher and remember tube, non-HD TVs, this place has two small ones in 2 of the bedrooms. The living room does have a good-sized HD TV.
The unit is listed as a 4-bedroom unit (2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor accessed through a spiral staircase. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms upstairs was completely unusable due to lack of air conditioning (it was about 95-100 degrees because it has a glass roof and gets a lot of sun). The air conditioning in the other upstairs bedroom only cooled the room at night so that room was a bit hot during the day. Also, there is no air conditioning nor ceiling fans on the main floor so the unit is hot during the day even with fans on. Once requested, fans for the bedrooms were provided. Also, I believe the unit is listed as having gym and hot tub access. They are not on site but are accessed via passes to Dryland Fitness (10-15 minute walk away). The services available at that gym appear to be limited in summer 2021 due to renovations.
