Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of funds paid. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, final balance also is non-refundable once received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (October 1 for Christmas holiday reservations).

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable with nice decor and the location is an easy 4 minute walk to Gondola One. Kitchen is well appointed with basically anything you need to prepare your own meals. If you are traveling in a vehicle, there’s assigned parking in underground garage.
Finally, I should add that the communication prior to the stay was excellent. We received access code for parking and room via email and text message. We were able to go straight into parking garage and enter the unit without seeing or talking to anyone - a nice benefit after a long day of travel.

This place actually looks much better and more spacious than the pictures! The location was right in middle of Vail Village which is great and it is managed well by RivaRidge in an environment that feels really safe. The furniture and service was nice and we absolutely loved it! Highly recommend
